dancing naked and singing strange mantras?

Good grief - you are so wrong.

Actually, breathwork is a great opportunity for managers. People who are busy the whole day.

People who want to push themselves to the next level. Or humans like you and me, who might be caught in 9-5 jobs and just need some space and time to find their breathe again. 
Practicing Yoga for more than 15 years now I really learned a lot from great teachers and brilliant breathwork coaches.

Micha is one of them as she connects her overwhelming aura with her calm voice,

her personal stories and her experienced work.

If you always attend exhausting, breath-taking yoga classes, that move you deeper

in a bit painful but I need to go deeper poses and stretches,

I've been attending the Breathwork sessions regularly for more than eight weeks now. Initially out of curiosity and the desire to calm down a bit more.

But it's so much more than that now. 
In this hour, my body really slows down, relaxes deeply and at the same time I enjoy inner well-being. I recommend it to everyone to just try it out.

Micha has an incredibly loving way of guiding the sessions, her voice is extremely calming. Breathwork made me more and more aware of the importance of breathing.

I am now able to pay much more attention to my breathing in everyday life and especially in stressful situations or in hectic moments, to pause for a moment and consciously take a few deep breaths. I would never have thought of that before. As easy as it is, it is Micha making it special and so effective.

I've had asthma for as long as I can remember and breathing has always been an effort for me. In my 1:1 sessions I developed a whole new relationship with my breath, started enjoying breathing and suddenly more than I thought changed. My symptoms are significantly better. I ended up with Misha after my Covid-19 illness. Somehow I didn't get really fit anymore and I always had the feeling that I couldn't breathe as well as before. In addition, I was under constant stress at work. Thanks to Misha I feel like I can breathe again. Thanks for the patience to keep me creatively motivated to keep "training" my breathing muscle. I can now get to the third floor again without gasping and I have found a great tool that brings me a lot of relaxation during stressful days.
