Breathwork and the Five Elements. This program closes the gap between breathwork and traditional Chinese medicine with the five elements. It will be a magical journey, integrating the elements from Shiatsu therapy and acupressure into breathwork. This journey takes five months, one month for each element. The focus is always on the breath. I will report more here soon. So it's worth stopping by again. I am very excited about this as it will be an amazing program!
