ESSENTIAL OILS
Ana Sophie Rose discovered the most incredible oils in Bali and brought them straight to Germany. I am always flashed by the potency of these oils. You need to discover them for yourself. Oils have an incredible effect on our body and soul. I love working with the power of these scents in my 1:1 sessions and the effect speaks for itself. My favorite: FRANGIPANI. THE WHOLE HEALTH PROJECT
Rachel and Lucy are teacher souls. I enjoyed my first Breath Coach training with these legends. This is where my love for breathing began. This was followed by a Yin Yoga teacher training and from there on I am deeply connected to both of them. These two power women rock their magic either online or live in Bali. PERSONAL GROWTH & SPIRITUAL EVOLUTION
I first met Tim in 2017/2018 in Perth, Western Australia, for a Cacao Ceremony with Breathwork and Sound Healing. Since then, whenever I've been to my soulheimat, Perth, I've never missed a Soul Flight Cacao Ceremony. Tim also offers incredible events online! And Tim can do so much more! Like no other, he manages to create a safe container and hold space for personal and spiritual development. His shamanic knowledge paired with his sounds and breathwork know-how is incredibly overwhelming. You can definitely learn a lot from him. (in English!)

I met Sammi the same year together with Tim and attended some of her Women's Circles in Perth, Western Australia. We are still in contact today and whenever I am in Australia I am looking forward to meet her again and join one of her offerings. Ceremonial Cacao is such a high potent medicine. Kaya Cacao was and still is my first choice. Unfortunately there is no shipping to Germany.
